摘　　要：新开发的低速走丝线切割气液组合多次切割加工工艺，为进一步提高低速走丝电火花线切割加工质量提供了新途径．针对这一工艺，应用SQL Server2000数据库开发软件，开发了低速走丝电火花线切割加工数据库系统．数据库系统包括液中电火花线切割加工信息库、气中电火花线切割精加工信息库及气液组合电火花线切割加工信息库．

Abstract

A newly developed method

the multi -cutting WEDM in gas and liquid

can provide a new way in improving the machining quality of WEDM - LS. In this paper

a database was built based on this new method. The database include three parts （the database of WEDM in liquid

the database of finishing WEDM in gas and the database of machining in both dielectric） utilizing the software SQL Server2000.
