摘要

根据蛋白质间三对三原子填充结构定义，对膜蛋白质间的原子填充结构进行解析，利用不同类型氨基酸形成填充结构的频率，构建了三对三原子填充结构的可能性矩阵，并研究了使用该矩阵进行填充结构预测的方法．

Abstract

In this paper

the analysis of contacts in membrane proteins have been brought forward on the basis of the definition of 3to3 contact. Using frequencies of different amino acids in 3to3 contacts the likelihood matrix of 3to3 contact was established

and the prediction method of 3to3 contact based on the likelihood matrix was discussed.
