The philosophy、the measurement scheme、the essential technological data treatment and the error analysis in the measurement of elastoplastic strains and stresses at median and high temperatures are considered in this paper.The method for identification of plastic state of the disk
as well as the approach to obtaining the secant module and transverse deformation coefficient are presented.The accuracy of the measurements is quite sufficient.The useful measuring and testing technique as well as reference data are provided for the engineering utilization and theoretical analysis.
