摘要

对滑油冷却系统传统设计方法进行了研究.基于对换热器散热特性、减速器对滑油加热规律、系统热耦合过程的分析

提出了针对直升机减速器滑油冷却系统的改进设计方法

使得系统热耦合时滑油温度的计算和换热器的设计更为简捷

并考虑了变工况对系统热性能的影响

提高了系统设计的可靠性和效率.以某直升机减速器系统为例

编制了改进设计方法的VC++程序

进行了该减速器滑油系统的冷却设计

其设计结果与理论分析相吻合.

Abstract

The conventional design method of oil cooling system was introduced.Based on the synthetic analysis of the performance of heat exchanger

the heat transfer principle between the decelerator and oil

and the heat balance process of the oil system

an improved design method of helicopter decelerator oil cooling system was established to improve the heat balance temperature calculation and heat exchanger design

meanwhile the new heat balance process under other working conditions were considered to improve the reliability of the design.Based on this improved method

a helicopter decelerator oil system was designed as an example

showing the results consistent with theoretical analysis.
