Since the double rotor structure has been applied largely in aircraft engine
the double rotor-stator coupling system of an Aircraft engine has simplified the rotor system into double rotor-stator coupling dynamic system
in which the bearing was simplified into spring and damping. Considered the coupling of the low pressure rotor and high pressure rotor through the intermediate bearing
the fourth-order partial differential equations of motion of the continuum double rotor multi-disk-stator system were formed. Applying the variable step size fourth order Runge-Kutta method
rub response of the double rotor system was simulated
analyzed the affect of speed and intermediate bearing's stiffness to the rub response
found some nonlinear dynamic characteristics of the double rotor model when rubs happened
which provides some reference methods for the actual engineering problems and has certain engineering significances.
