Small injection driven icing wind tunnel was designed and built for icing research.Icing atmospheric conditions were calibrated and the uniformity range of icing cloud was given.Tests were conducted to validate the repeatability of ice accretions.Ice shapes on 25.4mm and 50.8mm cylinders were measured experimentally under rime and glaze icing conditions in present icing wind tunnel. Results show that the thickness of rime ice and glaze ice is linearly increased with time under the test conditions and within the icing time range.Good ice shape similarity is achieved by applying scaling equations and the maximum deviation of dimensionless thickness is about 10%.
