摘要

采用哈尔滨理工大学自主研制的设备测试了高直流电场下PET薄膜电致发光(EL)的光谱、光强和电流特性曲线.实现了电致发光和电导电流特性两种方法的联合测量.通过实验得出:PET的EL发光强度和电流都随着电场的增加而增大

且在外加电场增大到3.5 MV/cm后其现象特别明显.EL光谱峰值出现在300~400 nm、400~460 nm、500~600 nm峰带之间.

Abstract

In this paper

the home-made equipment set-up was used to test the EL spectra

light intensity and current characters of PET films under high DC Fields.It makes the measurement that combines the EL and the Current come true.The result shows that both the EL and the current increase with the electric fields

and the phenomena is obvious after the field increased to 3.5MV/cm.The EL spectra have peaks about 300～400nm

400～460nm

500～600nm.
