摘要

为了研究奶业产业链的组织模式与利益机制间的关系及其演进规律

本文通过建立无限阶段博弈模型

对比研究了长期合同模式和合资经营模式下的奶业利益分配机制.研究表明:长期合同模式下的利益分配机制更有利于乳品加工企业

而原料奶生产者由于承担自然与市场双重风险

面临原料奶较强的专用性以及自身小规模分散的组织状况

在利益分配中处于弱势地位.在合资经营模式下

原料奶生产者与乳品加工企业可以成为利益的统一体

双方不仅有动力提高自己的利润水平

也有动力提高合作方的利润水平.国际奶业产业的实践也说明

实现从长期合同模式向合资经营模式的转变

是中国奶业产业链模式演进的方向.

Abstract

In order to study the relations between organizational modes of dairy industry chain and the benefit sharing mechanisms and the principles of its evolvement

this thesis uses infinite stages bargaining game model to make a comparative analysis of the benefits sharing mechanisms in long term contract mode and joint venture mode.The research finds that under long term contract mode

the benefit sharing mechanism is more favorable to the dairy processing companies

while raw milk producers
