针对目前的纳米操作系统

将其分为基于扫描探针显微镜(SPM)的纳米操作系统、基于电子显微镜(EM)的纳米操作系统、原子力显微镜(AFM)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)的混合纳米操作系统以及融合虚拟现实(VR)技术的纳米操作系统4类;分别对其发展现状进行了阐述.分析了当前纳米操作方法的研究现状和当今纳米操作的关键技术.最后

Abstract

The paper states the research status of the nanomanipulation system

dividing them into four types: nanomanipulation system based on scanning probe microscope(SPM)

on electron microscope(EM)

on atomic force microscope(AFM) and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and integration of virtual reality(VR) technology respectively.The research status of nanomanipulation method is analyzed and the key technologies of present nanomanipulation are summarized.Finally
