摘要

针对制盐企业在开展精卤工程时

由于采用两碱法而改变了制盐卤水成分及其制盐工艺参数致使制盐主体设备(2205不锈钢)出现了严重的局部腐蚀问题

实验采用电化学方法研究了CO32-浓度、S2-浓度、pH值以及流速等工艺参数对2205不锈钢腐蚀行为的影响.研究结果表明:耐蚀条件为S2-:1.80g/L;pH:7.00;流速2.20m/s;CO32-:3.554×10-9 g/L时

对2205不锈钢腐蚀最少

可缓解设备腐蚀.

Abstract

In this paper

salt industry carried on refined brine technology by two-alkali method

which had changed the brine components and process parameters.Then it made the main equipment serious localized corrosion.Based on the actual serious corrosion

the influence on the corrosion behavior of 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied in brine under the different conditions including the concentration of S2-and CO32-
