According to the problem that traditional workshop resource management methods can not meet dy-namic scheduling and configuration requirements of manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacture environment，this paper puts forward the grid layered structure model of workshop manufacturing resources． On the basis，we de-fine the unit of grid: physical resources，manufacturing capacity unit and manufacturing capacity constraints，andresearches three key sub processes of grid management of manufacturing resources including grid directory design ofmanufacturing resources，storage agency middleware design of resources and resource information query subprocess，and design grid management procedure of workshop manufacturing resources in the cloud manufacture en-vironment． This method provides unified resource management mechanism for scheduling and configuration of man-ufacturing resources in the cloud manufacture environment，enriching research contents of grid technology．
