In this paper

we proposed a multicast scheme in OBS networks

Using the multicast module which is composed of optical passive splitter and Fiber Delay Lines（FDL）

it realized the duplication

storage and forward of the multicast packets at the node which had multi downstream paths.Then we evaluated the proposed scheme using simulations which showed that the scheme could obviously reduce the packet loss rate by increasing some delay.
