we mainly describe a new manufacturing technology of Fig-8 optical fiber cable with central tube type. This method realized the one-step forming process for the cable and the protective. It has been proved by production that it is has good stability of the process and equipment

and the test results of optical fiber cable meet the standards. Compared with the conventional optical cable manufacturing process

it improved the production efficiency of optical cable production

simplified the equipment

shortened turnaround period of semi-finished products

and reduced the production cost.
