In this paper

the problem of fiber breakage caused by long fiber routing and serious fiber jitter in the process of secondary coating is analyzed

and the introduction of balance wheel and fiber collecting guide wheel is emphasized. The reasonable application plan of secondary coating guide wheel is set out according to the relevant tests

. The analysis results in this paper can be further extended to improve fiber breakage problem during secondary coating process.
