In this paper.LW-R type submarine cable was taken as the research cable.Two different pull-out phenomena and four affecting factors of the bonding performance of the insulating layer and copper pipe were analyzed.The results showed that the surface cleanliness

the ratio of binder and the thickness of adhesive layer will affect the bonding performance.In order to reduce the material cost

other influencing factors must be changed while reducing the thickness of the bonding layer to improve its bonding performance and reduce the pulling phenomenon

such as increasing the temperature

increasing the proportion of EAA

and improving the surface cleanliness of the copper tube.
