A method of aero-engine high accuracy sensor signal reconfiguration and its applications were presented. Two synthesized rotor speed signals in a civil aero-engine were demonstrated separately as the example of the design. These were achieved by selecting proper engine parameters for the synthesis and construction of the steady-state synthesis and transient compensation. The synthesized signals were then imported to the digital simulation rig. The simulation results show the high accuracy of this design method
indicating that the steady-state error is less than 1% and the transient error is less than 3%.
