Study on Pre-stage Pressure Characteristics of Deflector Electro-hydraulic Servo Valve Considering Velocity Distribution of Secondary Jet
Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional mathematical modeling of the pre-stage of the deflector electro-hydraulic servo valve that the outlet velocity on the secondary jet stage obeyed the uniform distribution
the outlet velocity of the secondary jet was proposed to meet the Gaussian distribution. Based on the theory of plane free turbulent jet and liquid piston model
the mathematical model describing the pre-stage pressure characteristics of deflector electro-hydraulic servo valve is established. The simulation and the pressure characteristic test show that compared with the traditional model
the larger the deflector displacement
the more accurate the proposed model. When the deflector plate displacement is 0.05 mm
the accuracy of the proposed model is improved by about 17% compared with the traditional model
which lays a foundation for the accurate modeling and performance analysis of the deflector electro-hydraulic servo valve.
