The power supply voltage control process of the combined cycle system of waste heat boiler is affected by series and parallel alternators
and the power supply voltage control is unstable. A power supply control method of waste heat boiler combined cycle system based on FCS-MPC (Finite control set model predictive control) is proposed. The topology of power controller is constructed by series converter and parallel converter. By using FCS-MPC method
the discrete mathematical model of power controller is constructed. Taking the switching time and global control error as the constraints
the control quantity and judgment angle are constrained. The control model is transformed into a constrained optimization problem to judge the controller state quantity at a certain time in the future. By setting the reference value of the controller state quantity
designing the value function
analyzing the judgment results of different switching states
and inputting the optimal switching state in the converter to complete the voltage stabilizing control of the controller
the results show that the present method can improve the voltage utilization and voltage stability of the power controller of the waste heat boiler combined cycle system.
