A Bearing Fault Diagnosis Method Combined Multi-scale Range Entropy with ISOMAP
Aiming at the problems of difficult extraction of rolling bearing fault signals
complex fault feature signals
and redundant information
this paper proposed an optimization method of multi-scale range entropy (MRE) combined with isometric feature mapping (ISOMAP) for feature dimensionality reduction. Firstly
the vibration signal of rolling bearing faults is decomposed by using the variational mode decomposition (VMD) to obtain the specified number of intrinsic mode components; Secondly
MRE is used for feature extraction and feature sample set is established; Finally
ISOMAP is used to reduce the dimension of feature samples for fault classification.The experimental results show that this method can effectively extract feature signals of rolling bearing faults
thereby improving the accuracy of rolling bearing fault diagnosis.
