Design Method of Transmission System Configuration for Power Split Hybrid Electric Vehicles
the configuration of the transmission system is first analyzed based on the composite lever method. The physical design space and virtual design space are elaborated in detail
and the conversion relationship and spatial conversion diagram between the two design spaces are determined. Secondly
a joint simulation model was built using AVL/CRUISE and MATLAB/Simulink
and six working modes of hybrid electric vehicles were established. On this basis
two operating conditions
NEDC and WLTC
were used to conduct simulation research on power split hybrid electric vehicles
analyzing the changes in operating parameters of the engine
motor
and battery over time
and obtaining the optimal transmission system configuration with comprehensive economy. This study provides a theoretical basis for the study of power split hybrid electric vehicle transmission systems.
