Coupling Resonance Effect and Application Evaluation of Accompanying Vibration Cementing
Accompanying vibration cementing technology is a new technology and equipment that can effectively overcome vibration wave attenuation and improve cementing quality during the oil and gas drilling process. In this article
the equipment structure and excitation load of self-developed equipment is first presented
and the coupling resonance excitation mechanism of this technology is also elaborated. Though theoretical analysis and simulation
we obtained the amplitude expression of the resonance of simply supported beam casing
the shock wave pressure function in the fluid
and the shock wave attenuation characteristics in the fluid
and quantified with the vibration response parameters and shock wave characteristics of 30 W equipment in 5-1/2 inch casing cementing. Through application testing in 8 gas wells in Qinghai Oilfield
it has been further verified that this technology is an effective process measure to improve cementing quality.
