Static Characteristics of Pressure Servo Valve with Asymmetric Nozzle Flapper Under Influence of Valve Core Parameters
In order to study the influence of the structural parameters of the valve core on the static characteristics of the asymmetric nozzle baffle pressure servo valve. The model for asymmetric pressure valve was established via AMESim software. By controlling the variable method
to study the influence of the parameter changes on the static characteristics
and the pressure characteristics of the symmetric and asymmetric pressure servo valves were compared and analyzed. The results show that the overlap mainly affects the dead zone current
while the valve core area ratio has a significant impact on the various static characteristics. The change in valve core diameter has slight effect on the static characteristics
and the presence of radial clearance reduces the hysteresis and dead zone current. Under symmetrical structure
the pressure servo valve has greater dead zone current and pressure gain. The present AMESim model and its parameter comparison analysis can provide reference for optimizing the design of pressure servo valves.
