从站址选择、机房改造、传输方式、电源系统、防雷接地等几个方面，简要介绍了在移动通信局外基站的设计中应注意的问题。

Abstract

The design for base stations outside telecom building in mobile communication is introduced in this paper as following aspects: the site selection
