摘要

随着数字化、宽带化向用户端的快速推进，作为电信网的重要组成部分的接入网的建设规模越来越大，虽然技术理论和网络试验都是成熟和成功的，但我们在工程方面，尤其在规划设计方面，还需总结和探讨一些问题，以利今后工程的应用。本文重点讨论接入网规划设计中的接入业务量、网络容量和网络部件配置。

Abstract

This paper first analyzes the traffic and the service target of access network

then discusses the distribution of transmission capacity. In the light of the above study

this paper presents some suggestion to the configuration of access network elements.
