摘要

分析了无线覆盖区划和行政区划差异的类别，提出相应的调整办法和统一协调措施。

Abstract

This paper analysised the sorts of the difference between the radio coverage area and the administratire division. It also put forward corresponding methods of the adjustment and the untried coordinated steps.
