本文介绍了视频速信技术的演变和我国视讯市场的发展情况，阐述了视讯发展的两个热点技术：宽带无线网络、宽带有线接入技术和多媒体宽带系统。探讨了视讯业务的安全和保密问题。最后预示了视讯业务的发展趋势，展望了视讯业务的广阔发展前景。

The evolution and the developing condition of the vision frequency are introduced.and two popular technology of the vision frequency are depicted.wide band wireless net.wide band wire accession technology and multinedia system.The security and safety of the vision tech nology are discussed.At last
