摘要

从功能和实施难度的角度分析了3GPP提出的ICS网络融合方案

结合现网从控制层和业务层出发提出了SCP重定向和SCP与AS融合两种易于实施的网络融合方案

并分析其优缺点。根据三种方案的特点提出了一种网络融合策略。

Abstract

This paper did an analysis of ICS which is proposed by 3GPP from the points of function and difficulty to carry out. Then two more solutions

say SCP redirect solution and SCP-AS converge solution

were proposed which are easier to carry out. The advantages and disadvantages of these solutions followed. A strategy for network convergence is proposed in this paper.
