This paper introduces the technology of public key infrastructure. By analyzing the features of mobile data services and facing threats

this paper proposes to improve the security of data services by applying PKI related technologies

i.e. to solve client security problems by using the code signature technology

and to solve user transaction confirmation problems in various data services by using the mobile signature technology.
