摘要

在福建某地市应用EFR（增强型全速率）技术后

MOS语音评估效果比采用FR（全速率）时提高了0.4～0.6

语音通话效果改善显著。本文旨在通过介绍EFR实际应用效果

对EFR和FR编码技术原理进行充分阐释。通过实践验证EFR编码技术可以更好改善用户通话效果

建议在网内推广实施。

Abstract

One citie in Fujian province

we enable EFR coding techniques in the GSM network

the MOS voice assessment results is increased from 0.4 to 0.6 than using FR （full rate）

Greatly improve the customer experience of voice calls. This article aims to introduce the Principles of EFR and FR coding technologies

and through practice to test the effect of EFR coding techniques . Practice prove that EFR coding techniques has a better effect than FR coding techniques. It should be promoted in GSM network.
