摘要

随着智能业务的不断发展

保证业务运行的连续性和可靠性迫切要求全网全面的SCP容灾保护。在决定采用主流的SCP业务级N+1容灾备份方案（设备利旧）的基础上

在对各种倒换方案进行了详细的商讨和反复的论证后

决定采用:通过在HSTP/LSTP上添加主用节点的SCCP层的备份路由。该方案是首次将HLR的倒换模式应用在SCP的容灾上

可以实现当某一主用SCP到STP出现信令链路全阻后

容灾SCP能够自动接管故障节点的所有功能

实现业务的无缝切换。

Abstract

With the continuous development of smart business
