摘要

点击拨号业务通常是指由PC侧发起、以手机或固话终端作为主被叫听筒的通话业务。用户通过鼠标点击动作即可由网络侧主动向通话各方发起呼叫

各方用手机或座机应答接通后即可建立通话。广义的点击拨号还包括WAP、短信、手机客户端发起的呼叫业务。CM-IMS是中国移动下一代网络架构

基于CM-IMS开展的点击拨号业务

在实现点击拨号业务功能的同时

更具有ICT融合的应用方式。本文对点击拨号业务的场景与业务体验、系统架构、业务流程等进行介绍。
