which is based on WiFi and WiMAX.WiFi APs herein are in wireless mesh configuration to improve the robustness and deployment flexibility.The wireless heterogeneous network of WiFi and WiMAX is as the delivery path for RFID information platform and intelligent monitoring system.An example was proposed in detail to demonstrate the planning method of mesh WiFi

and the testbed of the heterogeneous network has been successfully built to testify its performance to provide RFID services and venue monitoring data.
