and propose the optimization proposal of MT process in short message center（SMC）.This proposal is considered as a good solution for the multi-paging responses caused by each concatenated short messages.It can reduce the amount of paging times which will affect neither the user experience nor equipments performance.It is a low-cost high-return optimization proposal which is worthy of adoption.
