Abstract
The implementation of the precise marketing based on 12580 call center involved multiple data.Through analysis and design
we implemented the support module with which the 12580 call center can push the specific information to the specific customers.We also analyzes the rapid support of a marketing cases and the high scalability of the system
which we can use for the corresponding development of the future 12580 call center system and increasing our design experience.
