摘要

本文提出了一种能快速、实时地监测TD现网单通现象的方法

通过采用专用的硬件

实现高效的语音解码和语音特征值提取

并结合神经网络算法

快速、准确地判断出单通

为现网故障排查和网络优化提供及时的数据支持。

Abstract

In this paper

a fast and realtime silence call dection method in TD-SCDMA network is presented

by employeing special hardware

voice decoding and character value calculating can be done very efficently

and combined with neural network algorithm

silence call can be detected very quickly and precisely

therefore

given the instant support to the network fault dection and network optimization.
