进入全业务运营时代后

随着三网融合的推进

宽带接入网络需要在建网初期快速建立起来

综合业务接入区的规划在宽带接入网规划建设的重要环节。本文介绍了一种利用人口分布进行资源分配再进行片区规划的新方法

解决了在建网初期快速建网的规划需求

并且通过现有基站、话务、数据流量等参数进行方案验证改方法进行的规划合理。

Abstract

This paper introduces a new method of area planning that it is a kind of allocated resources using population distribution

which solves the arrangement of rapid arrangement in the early planning needs and through the existing base station
