随着网络传播工具的发展加剧了淫秽色情信息的泛滥

青少年性教育阙如、网络信息资源良莠不齐以及网络法制责任意识淡薄是淫秽色情信息大量蔓延的深度原因。在强化淫秽色情信息犯罪的综合治理的同时

运营商应该尽到自身的社会责任

实现淫秽色情信息犯罪的有效惩防。

Abstract

The development of network tools prick up the flooding of coprological products.The lack of juvenile sex education

chaos of online resources and dim consciousness of cyber legal res

possibility lead to the massive pervasion of coprological electronic information.It is needed to strengthen the comprehensive treatments of coprological electronic information crime.Meanwhile

the telecom operators should dispose coprological electronic information crime effectively through legal investigation

accurate determination of the nature and quantity and optimization of work flow.
