摘要

PCC（Policy and Charging Control）是3GPP定义的动态策略和计费控制的框架方案

旨在为用户提供差异化的服务

提供用户业务流承载资源保障以及流计费策略。本文介绍了PCC机制的基本架构及相应策略规则

对PCC在现网中的部署进行了探讨

并针对核心网未来的发展趋势给出EPC架构下PCC的部署建议。

Abstract

PCC is a dynamic strategy and charging control architecture defined in 3GPP

which aims to provide differentiated services

as well as user traffic bearer resource guarantee and charging policy for traffic flow.This article introduces the architecture and corresponding policy rules of PCC

discusses the PCC deployment in current network

and then in view of core network future trend of development

puts forward the proposal of the PCC deployment in the architecture of EPC.
