目前已由基于指标的优化转变为基于用户感知的优化。话音质量在其中起到了尤为重要的作用
而GSM网络的话音质量受制于多种因素
很难得到有效提升。本文针对既有900M Hz又有1800M Hz覆盖的地理区域
提出了使用参数优化进行双频网负荷均衡
从而达到话音质量提升的目的。在某地区试用后
效果明显。
Abstract
Wireless network optimization now has changed from indicator-based optimization to user-perception-based optimization.Speech quality has played a particularly important role in it.Related to a variety of factors
the speech quality is difficult to be effectively improved.In the dual-band GSM area
we can adjust some parameters to balance the load and improve the speech quality.When we try it in such area
