但很大部分的用户和业务长期驻留和承载在G网
导致目前GSM网络利用率持续攀升
忙时网络利用率可以达到90%
而T网的码资源利用率还不到10%。本文详细介绍采取功率提升
2G/3G互操作参数优化和2G侧优化频率3种措施
在保障用户使用感知度和不影响网络KPI指标的基础上
有效地提升TD网络码资源利用率和承载能力

After the 4rd TD-SCDMA network construction
the coverage is improving
