This paper analyse the construction of the base station supporting investment

it can be found that the construction of overall cost of base station is step down

but the supporting investments are not sequence to fall down.In this paper

the key factors such as the business and the security are comprehensive evaluated

the different levels of site construction principle are formulated

and the quality of the low level site is improved using the technology

developing the base station construction to guide rural classification system network construction
