where the wireless condition varies on the low

middle and high layers.This thesis gives deeply research on the method of relating OMC-MR measurement data and indoor frequency sweep data together to establish different coverage models in regard to low

middle and high layers indoor space.This thesis also gain certain experience in layered optimization of the cell neighborhood relations and method of deep coverage planning.
