The rapid development of home broadband could bring a high risk of policy control

this paper introduces a new broadband interconnection and authentication scheme

which is through ours access and metropolitan area network

and use CTT’s AAA server and internet exportation.Test shows the scheme operation stably

accelerates the promotion of broadband effectively

and it will be a new experience worth promoting about cooperation residential broadband.
