地震冲击会对通信设备造成不同程度的破坏
震后抗震救灾工作需要对通信设备的震害损失进行快速评估。本文通过对汶川地震中通信设备地震灾害损失的数据和资料进行统计与分析
制定了通信设备的震害等级划分标准
并给出了通信设备的地震易损性模型
建立了通信设备地震灾害损失的评估方法
通过该损失评估方法可以对通信设备震害损失进行快速评估。
The telecommunication equipment impacted by earthquake cause various degrees of damage
and the earthquake relief work needs fast earthquake loss assessment.Based on the statistics and analysis of the earthquake loss data and materials
the grade classification of earthquake damage was made
the seismic fragility model was built
and the earthquake loss assessment method of the telecommunication equipment was established.Based on the method
the earthquake loss of the telecommunication equipment can be assessed rapidly.
