摘要

本文首先简单介绍了我国地震现场灾害损失评估的历史、目的和方法。考虑到通信系统技术更新的快速性

主要收集整理了近10年来国内地震造成通信系统的直接经济损失情况。总结了不同震级大小的地震对通信系统的影响。利用统计回归的方法得到了通信系统直接经济损失与地震震级的关系模型。利用此统计关系可以快速评估通信系统的地震灾害损失。

Abstract

The history and purpose of earthquake disaster loss evaluation in china is briefly introduced.Considering the fast update speed of communication system

only those earthquakes in nearly 10 years are studied which caused the direct economic losses of communication system.The influences of earthquakes with different magnitude on communication system are summed.The relationship of direct economic loss of communication system with earthquake magnitude is obtained with the statistical regression method.It could be used to the rapid assessment of communication system disaster loss for the future earthquake.
