通过离线话单实现了扣费提醒要求。通过业务配置的方式实现了针对业务级的灵活可配置。
Abstract
To protect the interests of customers and to to improve the transparency of value-added services order
China Mobile makes full implementation of reminder before deduct for the value-added services.But there is serious risk to change the Guangdong 80 million users from real time deduct to bill charge
which may risk these users to stop service.The new method solves these problems: by real time authentication and bill charge reminder
the customers enjoy the informed consumption.By buiness configuration
