摘要

PCC是指根据用户和市场业务策略

通过GGSN侧的流量控制、差异化QoS调度等

实现移动网络资源有效、公平使用

实现数据流量的差异化、精细化经营

提高用户感知和经营收益。本文通过对GPRS网络的业务、接入、区域等不同维度的业务特征分析

针对不同的业务特点给出不同PCC策略来优化网络

推广业务

并针对未来PS域核心网的发展给出PCC的部署建议。

Abstract

PCC refers to the user and market business strategy

through the flow control and QoS control of GGSN

achieves effective and fair use of network resource

supplies the differentiation and refined operation of data flow

and improves the users’ perception and operating income.In this paper

through the analysis of service features

access

regional dimensions of GPRS network

PCC provides different policies for different services

and proposes recommendation according to the development of PS core networks.
