摘要

用户在SGSN池组内进行数据业务时可能会发生RNC间切换

切换分为两种

一种是Intra SGSN即SGSN内部切换;另一种是Inter SGSN即SGSN间切换。显然

第2种切换是需要避免的。本文针对SGSN池组内的RNC切换问题进行研究

并且提出了一种利用SGSN的本地解析功能来实现快速切换的方法

经过测试验证

该方法很好地解决了池组内的RNC间的Inter SGSN切换问题。

Abstract

The data traffic between users in the SGSN Pool in the group RNC element may occur when switching between RNC

switch is divided into two kinds

one kind is intra SGSN;another is inter SGSN.Obviously

the second switch to avoid.This paper makes a research on the RNC handoff problem for SGSN Pool within the group

and proposed the local host function by using a SGSN method to achieve fast switching

and test validation

a good solution to the problem of Inter SGSN switching Pool within the group RNC.
