摘要

在LTE网络与2G/3G互操作场景下

2G/3G HLR和EPC HSS中会存放同一用户的不同数据

为保持数据的一致性

大多数运营商选择采用融合HLR/HSS设备存储用户数据。为实现现网用户不换号使用LTE业务

需要将现网已有的大量2G/3G HLR全部升级为融合设备

工期较长且投资很大。各机构和厂家都提出了针对单用户进行迁移的过渡方案。本文将针对主要的3种过渡方案从方案原理、现网改造需求、存在问题等方面进行分析

给出部署建议。

Abstract

In order to keep the consistency of user data in LTE and GSM/UMTS network

most communication operators prefer store user data in converged HSS/HLR

but it will take much time in transforming all existing HLR to converged HSS/HLR for providing LTE service to subscribers with existing telephone number

it will be necessary to deploy transition solution of user data storage in order to meet the requirement of time to market.This article precisely analyzes three major transition solutions in different aspects and makes suggestions on deployment.
