本文结合中国电信福建公司2010年闽北抗洪应急通信支撑工作实际

就如何利用超A类基站进行CDMA网络应急保障进行了介绍

对"通信孤岛"条件下的保障原则和应急方案以及如何利用EPACA机制进行用户QoS保障进行了分析。

Abstract

Along with the fast-growing CDMA users

the operator are paying more and more attention to how to ensure the CDMA network smooth under the conditions of natural disasters. This paper introduces how to use super A base station in CDMA network emergency response combining actual application with China Telecom Growp Fujian Corporation in Minbei communication support. In the meantime

the principle of emergency response

the technology solutions and the analysis of EPACA to ensure the QoS of CDMA user under the communications disruption are introduced also.
